Accommodations

Yes. When you book an event at the Ovid Inn, you can pay for individuals who need accommodations. Because your even reservation is a private booking, we will not book the un-used rooms to strangers. 

Our flat rate pricing makes the Ovid Inn your private hotel for the evening. Cost savings are the greatest for groups of 25, but even groups of 10 or 15 can affordably enjoy the venue. Because your reservation is private, we will not book any un-used beds to strangers during your stay. 

The Ovid Inn Event Center has 7 private rooms, with 18 beds that sleep 25 people. 

Room #1 sleeps 5: Full, twin, twin bunk (2).

Room #2 sleeps 5: Full, full bunk, twin trundle.

Room #3 sleeps 3: Full, twin bunk.

Room #4 sleeps 3: King, twin loft.

Room #5 sleep 3: King, twin loft. 

Room #6 sleeps 2: Twin, twin bunk.

Room #7 sleeps 4: Twin (2), full bunk.

If your group wants to avoid top bunk sleeping, you may choose to limit your reservation to 15 people. With a group of 15, everyone will have an easily accessible bed from the ground. 

The Ovid Inn Event Center sleeps up to 25 people with 18 beds. If your group members prefer privacy and space, consider limiting your reservation to 18 people so that each guest has their own bed.
